A newly established Pub in Ferndale requires a mature individual to manage and prepare orders for bar snacks, light meals and pizza. Must have experience in handling bulk prep and managing kitchen, cleaning, stock reorder and purchasing. Ensure consistency and timing of orders. Must be able to work Pub industry hours. Ability to work independently and be able to supervise and lead other junior staff. Own transport essential. Experience in cooking curries and other cuisine advantageous.
